District 1 Residents,

Since 2022, I’ve fought to deliver meaningful improvements and investments throughout our district and Bryan.

Over the past four years, more than $50 million in infrastructure projects has been committed to District 1. And that number does not include additional investments in lighting, safety signage, and neighborhood improvement initiatives.

This progress didn’t happen by accident. I fought to deliver these initiatives for our district and for Bryan through hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to District 1.

• South College Reconstruction – Phase 1

Midtown Park Developments:

• Phase 8A – Road A

• Phase 5A – Midtown Blvd.

• Phase 4B – Indoor Sports & Event Center

• Phase 3E – Carson Street Detention Pond

• Phase 2 – Big Shots Access Drive

• Phase 9C – Marquee Signage

• Jordan Parking Lot Concrete Street Maintenance

• W. 23rd Street Improvements – North Parker to N. Bryan

And we’re not finished yet.
